Tomorrow we are about to buy all supplies and hopefully get the roof builded pretty soon.

Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville by Tuk Tuk

Took this morning the 9 o'clock bus to the capital,the highly recommended taxi driver of our neighbor wasn't available.Did arrive at 2pm in PP.The first motodub driver got asked where to buy a new Tuk Tuk.He did take me straight to a friend of him and we did drive together on two bikes to a Tuk Tuk dealer.
At arrival a whole crew of employees took care of me and suggested the longer version.The TT's are originaly all without roof and benches and get made to a town taxi each individualy by hand.Therefore we are free to design it as we like our vendor cart in the following days.
After the contract was finished the crew made the selected one going and I took off to Sihanouk Ville at 4 pm.The first meters with that noncompliant vehicle in the traffic of PP will for sure remain in my mind for good.:)
Pretty soon the "Zongshen ZS 150 ZH-8" and I came better along with each other and we made pace.The drive through the country on it towards Sv. was nice,the locals did greet me everywhere and a few pretty girls in a minibus even exchanged kisses with me while overtaking.:-)
Five hours later I did turn finally in our alley and drove by the pre-ceremonies of our landlords second daughters wedding.The face expressions of all the guests and Mr. San Puth,our landlord was just priceless when I stopped right in front of their house and said hallo.:)

Danny jumped right away on the TT and asked me a million questions while I did head straight to the shower first after the twelve hours adventure trip.Can't remember my face ever beeing so dirthy:)

We had a motorcycle accident!

I got driven off the motorbike a few days ago while driving with Danny,crashing in a like 12 year old boy on a bicycle,who all of a sudden turned in front of our bike without looking before if someone comes along behind him!
Many guys here drive out of a parking lot without checking the traffic situation in advance,incomprehensible!
We suffered only minor injuries because we was driving so slow and did hit the bicycle with around 10 km/h.The bike damage is only 77$ and we get it repaired in a few days from now.

By the way,I need to admit that I did motorcycle racing in the past but in this case I could have been 5 times world champion and still would have crashed,please drive slowly and concious,wear your helmets and use the horn a lot.

How to raise a son?

Well, I never had a dad in that sense.
The most important thing in my life and also the best ever happen to me is my son.Guess only very dedicated parents can understand what that means to have a child you love more than yourself,you would do anything for.
We did bring here to raise him in modesty,culture and freedom.As a plant grown on good soil of parents who are all the time there for him over all philosophy plays a very important role in our way to teach him what is necessary and will enable him later for anything he desires to become.Daniel is a very curious kid who is having a lot of questions.We reply to every single one in detail and are often surfing the net for the most detailed answer.Sometimes we are sitting in the bed together and are reading philosophy like the once about the for him so fascinating Samurai.We was reading things like this for instance:

Danny turned very disciplined and concious by such guidance a long time ago and his speed of reading or his skilled handwriting is each time impressive to me.He is often leaving me flabbergasted how fast he did this or that.

The party of our neighbours

We did leave the still ongoing party right before and enjoyed it a lot.
The food was great as Cambodian food well prepared usually is.
Sometimes it takes a bit of effort to get Danny to try this strange looking but just delicious food as well as kids usually are.:)This time he tried it all and liked any of it particular the huge fish in it's indescribable sauce-The Kingdom of wonder on a plate.:)
We was the only western foreigners among 80-100 guests and it just did feel very unique and exotic,hard to characterize.:)The Cambodians are friendly,lovely and very hospitable people.Danny had more than a few kids to play with after the supper and enjoyed it as well.:)

We considered it a bit impolite and inadequate to take pictures and publish them in the Internet afterwards,so no pictures.:)Just join Cambodia yourself and experience it,life is a journey.:)

Another invitation

While my beauty help a neighbour to take care of her kids this afternoon she got invited to a upcoming birthday party.The last one we went to is just five days ago and wasn't only a nice party but also another interesting insight in local culture.
The Cambodians are in great majority just a very social folk and aren't letting any chances getting by to celebrate somewhere something.:)

We are loving Cambodia and it's heart-warming citizens.:)

Power supply in this beautyful city

The netbook battery is giving up in a few minutes after non-stop 5 hours without electricity in our district.:(
For luck I turned the other Notebook off when the power died down,so we got another 4 hours of battery left to continue working and surfing via mobile USB-stick from Metfone.

Another nice trade so far and the day isn't over yet.
I went in this one with 95% of the trading capital (50 bucks) and proudly earned half a kilo of tomato in less than two hours.:-)
This evening is a tomato salad on the menu while I will try next to earn the onion or we just ask the neighbour.:)

Dow Jones Future dropped hard yesterday

Quite a landslide took place yesterday after my warning.

Further fall of the markets is certainly coming as soon as they open again after the holidays.I could have bought put options according to my right prediction to make a gain out of it but I keep on staying with ordinary Blue-Chip trading,no derivative financial instruments!:)

All DAX New Year drops within the last five years

Estimating chances vs. risks makes most sense after New Year as the risk is in my opinion let's say over 70% to put a view into a number and I am hoping for a sharp fall of the DAX like the one in mid 2011 in this context.:)

The Henkel trade was a pleasure and I sold the stocks at 62,11€,a bit to early but they are coming down again,so I took my gain.:)

A centipede in our house!

The poisonous animal made somehow his way into our house while I was defending the villa Peranesi after the family went to bed while playing Counter Strike.:( When I was sitting in the armchair the centipede did run towards me along the wall.After recognizing the animal and threat it represents I did chase it a while through the living room before the poison injector on 50 feeds finally looked in the barrel of our living room broom. Never had an encounter with this species ever before.
Afterwards seen is the Centipede a quite amazing animal,quite fast and for elderlies or kids even life-threatening.Its nervous poison is very,very painful and the venom claws huge and definitely authoritative.

10 year Dow Jones chart:Drop to 6500 points again?

While I stay tuned to take trading chances there are in my humble opinion certain obstacles like the current Dow drop to consider:

The Dow Jones bounced as visible back of trying his all time high below important support lines as the GD 200.

If this goes wrong and the Dow is at least retracing back to his 10 year axis in the next months around 10500 points...
Honestly said,I can wait for upcoming bullish markets for quite a period of time,the reward will be worth it.:)
In the meantime I am trying to improve the personal trading system further and be since a while experimenting with a five day Exponential Moving Average as "In" and "Out" signal.More about it in the next posting.:)
