The perfect diet

After i finished my sales manager in the age of 18,i started half a year later with my detective agency and worked also in two other fields in the same time in Munich. One of the other jobs was working as fitness trainer for "Swiss Training". The company had in this time more than 40 branches,two in Munich. One was in five minutes walking distance to my home. I got employed as part time trainer and educated by the company in advance. In this courses we learned a lot about anatomy and the right nutrition. I remember one costumer very well,who came in the studio with 138 kg. on the scale.I talked to him in the first conversation.He said:"I want to loose weight and I'm willing to do whatever it requires!"-Wow,the right attitude,the most important factor. The first fitness plan i made for him was the following: 4 times a week training in the heavyweights and endurance machines,every three days Aerobic.A lot of walks,at best not on concrete,instead in the forest for instance. His nutrition plan: 8 small dishes a day,no big meals anymore. This small dishes have to be: Easy digestible(rice, fruits, vegetables, yoghurt,(meat in small portions only once every second day). Half a chocolate bar over the day to provide the body the right amount of sugar,avoid additional sugar(in coffee etc.)except the chocolate. The weight of our costumer went within 8 months from 138 kg. to 88 kg,because of his willingness and consequence.He got a warning by his doctor before he came to us that he's playing with his life(mid 40s)if he continues this way. He went bravely through all the torture i did to him and got for it what he deserved-achievement of his objectives.
