It's hot these days in Sihanouk Ville

There are three different seasons in this part of the world:
The dry season from December to April with convenient tropical temperatures,the main tourist season.

Followed by the hot season between April and June as right now.
During noon it's almost unbearable and in this minute 38 degrees in the shade here.I did some food shopping for the lunch right before and bought 1,5 kg chicken at the market and a yoghurt as ingredient for the marinade at the supermarket and be pretty finished off after this little excursion.Every single step you take at this time of the day makes you sweat.Four to five short showers a day are normal for us and helps to endure it.:)
Therefore we are looking forward to the third season of the year:

The rainy season between June and December when it's cooling down again.The nights in this time of the year can be surprisingly chilly and windy,a warm blanket is advisable.Danny did catch a cold last year when the thermometer dropped to 21 degrees for a few days.:)

The drop isn't over yet as displayed by this Bar-chart and i aspect the DAX to test the 6400 next week.From there on the market could move at least for a few days up again if the cash flow is at this point increasing.

The DAX is in quite bad mood and will likely drop further.:)
Volkswagen could cross the 200 average soon but is oversold according to the indicators and oscillators.Therefore are opportunities likely not to far ahead.:)
The long therm upward trend of the stock is still intact and is up to now about to continue once the stock crossed the ten year peak point of 152€ in July 2011.

In my humble opinion the banks&construction industry did bribe the politicians,they voted for the law and the citizens will pay,included of course high interests to these gangsters for the dept they have to take to keep their property legal,just the way it works nowadays!Right afterwards this stolen money will make the construction industry happy.Even more laws like this will be created soon to rip the middle class off and transfer their money to the almighty banks and others who are pulling the strings of our political Muppet show.

This state is even demanding tax on taxes!
Example:The gas price is adding up by the gas itself,the Environmental tax and the oil tax.As for any good the state puts 19% VAT on this price which already includes two different taxes-just another rip-off and illegal because double taxing is against the law!

After a promising Friday when I did earn another warm meal and a chocolate bar with Volkswagen it's looking convincing for this week.:)

First quotes of the pre-market are over Fridays final quote and my forecast of last week for VW seems to become reality.Anyway,it could become a bit bumpy at the 20 day average line around 136€,maybe the time to collect the gain.

Chicken at the Market vs. supermarket

After returning home from food shopping it needs to be mentioned once how huge the price gap in fact is.
Danny and me did buy for example right before 1 kg. fresh chicken from a butcher at the market for 2.75$ in relation to 5.50$ at the most frequented supermarket in town.
