Addon's are slowing down the browser launch

As more Addons are installed as longer it takes the browser to "wake up".
The worst delaying Addon's:

We deinstalled a few again and keeped only a few personas in the collection.
Particular the Forecastfox made sometimes trouble and tangibly slowed down the launch.
