You see that here all over the place.New business are getting established everywhere and it seems not hard to make some $$$ in Sihanouk Ville as readers mentioned in comments.Probably even more in Phnom Penh.
Cambodia is definitive growing again.New well deserved wealth of the citizens like many new cars and motorbikes here are visible everywhere,of course poverty too.
Nice to be in a rising country,to see increase every day,partly from scratch.
