We are today since 5 hours without electricity and still counting.The notebook battery will last another two hours and that was it.Today i got the word that the aircons in Phnom Penh are all running and that's just not enough Milliampere left for our province.:-(
Finally after 8 hours the electricity is back and the battery charging again,great!
