Uprises within the EU

This morning in the Washington Post:

Are you aware that the states within the EU permited themselves by the Constitution for Europe to kill citizens in such uprises?
That took of course a while until it was published by the first German mainstream newspaper.Just another evidence how dishonest,corrupt and totalitarian the European Union is.
