The energy in town was now off for 36 hours over the weekend here in Sihanoukville.Neighbors told us that they are working on a direct connection to Vietnam in order to import energy from the neighborstate.
That would perhaps increase the reliability of the energy net by a 1000% and lower the costs for each household,especially for the businesses who have to pay 100% more right now as private costumers.:)
