1st:
Take complete responsibility in your actions.Don't blame someone else,it's only you.Close the door to excuses behind you.

Employ a system and equipment that fits you.
3rd.:
Plan a trade and trade a plan.
4th.:
Work hard and learn in the beginning to trade properly,work harder.
5th.:
Positive self belief.
6th.:
Trade in score and points,not in money.
7th.:
keep trading a part of a balanced life,in my case-stick to live modest.
8th.:
Note your actions down,keep on learning.
9th.:
Follow your rules (3rd.) without exceptions.
10th.:
Stick to your system and improve it.

Eliminate all emotions from trading.

Never count in money while working but only in percentage of you trading capital.Then it makes no difference if trading with 500$ or 500 thousand Dollar.
Keep wisdoms in mind like:
Many people,many opinions.Therefore don't ask others about their opinion.If you aren't sure about a particular position-close it.It's only your responsibility.Most people like to be told what to do.That's a reason so many are failing!
Focus on your plan.No trade without a plan.Stick to your key-points and stop loss marks,not on the current movement of the quote to make the trading more stress free and tactical.
Buy panic,sell euphoria.

I just want to get away of the stressful day-trading and switch to short therm position trading to gain more free time,to make my work less stressful but at least as successful.Therefore I am working on changing my mindset the last few days,kinda hard work too.:)

Right now I am sitting in a beach bar and are talking to the owner of Infoblox who had his IPO at the NYSE just a few months ago while the cooperation of Les went to a multi billion Dollar firm.Infobox is specialized in Networking Equipment DNS DHCP Ipam(Whatever that is).The Cooperation is providing IP address management for 8 of 10 of the largest Companies like Verizon,Yahoo,Banks and so on in the world.
Danny asked me recently where all the power comes from a crane is using,just one many questions our kid is asking daily.

Anyway,it's not possible for me to commentate a trading day while working as promised recently.The stress-and concentration level is just to high to put all actions in real-time in the internet,sorry dear readers.:)

Because this important anniversary should be remembered we all decided to give Danny a total new haircut on this particular day before heading to a restaurant of his choice.:)

We are still 100% in cash since Friday and keep on waiting for the next chance,not like the one today.:)

In the worst case the stock would drop below the lowest quote of the previous days(59,29€&59,04€). If these important support marks prevail another interesting day is about to come.:)
The current sidewards movement of the stock is very appealing and each start of the good days in the last weeks was quite low and constantly increasing,closing near the intra day top.

A very week day so far.The didn't take the first resistance mark but dropped below the intra-day support mark and will likely fall further.:(
I didn't take advantage of the first green street because the stock is in the important oscillators in the upper sector.
The FS 14 confirmed by this move for instance another sell signal:
More than two hours after opening is the DAX still deep red,seems the party is over for this week.:(
The stock gained back from its low but the slim trading range made me decide against buying.

After we returned home we discovered that the stock lost again almost down to the previous low and did the next step very suddenly beneath it in a large gap.That's exactly the reason why to stay away of such unpredictable "chances" in a bad market:
Many red candles in a short upward move are by the way a sign for a lot of doubts in the market.
Danny was reading the Wikipedia page about the topic today in about 20 minutes and mentioned to us afterwards that the seeds was even used in the ancient Chinese medicine for medical purposes.
As often he did choose the topic by himself as just one a dozen questions he is asking per day.:)

Another busy week with continuous day trading gains is coming to an end.The Dow Jones is still trying his top marks.A few good news and the resistance at 13215 points is history(QE3 now!).:)
This DAX chart with GD 200,a GD 55 and a 20 day average Bollinger Band.The Gold Cross of the GD 55 and the GD 200 is very convincing:
BMW made us quite happy this week and remains very interesting.The stock got a strong support mark around 58€,where the GD 20 & the GD 55 are currently located.Once the stock takes the GD 200 at 61,70€ we will trade it all the way up to 74€.:)
Yesterdays trading of the stock was a ride in roller coaster with 1.7% gain after two trades until market closure.If I find the time today I'll maybe document a whole trading day included buy and sell quotes in real time.:)
Since Danny isn't giving up to ask me over and over again about explosives and their particular characteristics I'm starting to teach him about the following explosives and their chemistry:
He is so interested in the field that he could become maybe a blaster/demolition expert in a country like Australia with plenty of opportunities in the mining area later on,so why holding him back in his greed for knowledge.:)
My personal capabilities in this sector are all theoretical and I've never made for example C4 or any other plastic explosive by myself but it would be in fact surprisingly simple to make all sorts of pyrotechnic material.:)
Michaela did talk to our landlord right before and got asked if we intent to stay for another year.She said that we are about to stay in Cambodia for at least another year and maybe even forever.:)
Our landlord told her that she would normally raise the rental fee from now 200$ to 250$ but since we are so good friends she'll be happy with 200$ for the 3rd. year.
The family is quite wealthy and is building right now another 2 party house.

Ben Bernanke will likely flood the bond market for another time with fresh printed liquidity in favour to the banks.The markets did price in this decision already and apparently are waiting for the final go to launch another rally.
The Dow Jones Future another time above 13.000 points right now:
Particular after the beginning of QE 2 in April 2011 the inflation went up right afterwards and peaked in 3.9% in September 2011.Since this peak is the inflation rate decreasing again,right now down to 1.7% and therefore under control.It's a logical step for the FED to give the markets another injection of fiscal doping pretty soon.:)

We told him many times a long time ago that watching TV makes just dumb and lazy while doing something active instead makes for obvious reasons smarter and creates a diligent character.When looking for hours in the entertaining idiot box per day the people get used to do nothing and just watch like a hypnotized monkey whenever and wherever they are-dumb,agitated and lazy.
Carpe diem-Size the day and learn something my son is therefore my common response for the question "Can I watch TV,dad"!
Right now is a serious Typhoon named Vincent going over the area,haven't seen that since we're living here in such a intensity.The storm came down from China.Hopefully everyone is safe and the destruction isn't to bad.We will check that out tomorrow.:(

As predicted the markets are continuing their drop this week after a very weak Friday.
Since the electricity if off again we switched to Danny's netbook to keep an eye on the markets and you well informed.:)The little Acer went to a very useful tool for us all and we take it way more often with us than it's big 14" brother.The little thing is containing a high capacity six cell battery,good for 5-7 hours internet surfing,another huge advantage.
When the Wall Street opened hours later the market just crashed before the bell-holly s...!

The largest two U.S. banks lost hard yesterday,a bad sign for the stock today.:(
I suggest to stay careful,the quotes are likely coming back next week before gaining further,the DAX is far in the overbought sector as well.
While digesting this conditions the stock did drop through the support marks on Friday and lost more than four % while the DAX closed 1.9% lower.
