Life here compared to Europe

Allmost six month ago we left Europe and arrived after a 2 day trip finally in Sihanouk Ville.
We are not regreting this step at all,i can tell you that with confidence and when thinking back to all the camplications and hassles over there(for instance 5 tax explainations per anno as selfemployed one man company),the yearly tax increases, the prices, the same salaries since 15 years in Germany, the complicate people and so on it feels so liberating to have left this all behind for good.
We took the risk to come as a western family to a strange country, educated by Youtube and web info's about Cambodia in advance and found what we was looking for.
A country where the state doesn't rip you off on a dayly basis, where the people are extraordinary friendly and easy to come along with, where the sun shines every day, where it makes you smile when you look over your right shoulder right at the sea while driving motorbike, where you can efford to life in a adequate nice new build 3 bed room/bathroom house without working 300 hours a month, where you dont have to pay 50! different kinds of taxes, where more people are than laws and where you can smoke what you want without getting your door kicked in!
Despite all little disadvantages(like electricity cut-off's)it's far better here,at least for us and our lifestyle.
