RWE sold

My nerves didn't take it anymore and i sold for 55,62€ in a falling market situation few minutes ago.I bought em for 52,79€ few days ago.Allmost 6% gain made by patience, experience and of course a bit luck.:)

German car stocks are getting cheaper

Volkswagen came downn since Santa Claus day from 140€ to 112€ right now,BMW is declining with rockspeed too.Very nice says the patient trader.:)

I wouldn't trade anything in the current bumpy market situation an advice readers, who followed my suggestion to buy RWE to be very carefull and put stop loss marks for example and keep an eye on it as i do.

Business in USA

My business dream would be to run a Hot Dog vendor Cart in front of a super ball-or Baseball game or any other well visited location. You make 1$ pretax on one Hot Dog!!!
If the US immigration would let us do the business i would make between 100000-150000US$ per year as 60% of the professional hot dog vendors earn per year in the U.S.For instance if you place yourself in a very good spot and sell 2 HD's per minute plus drinks you make ~150 $ per hour.
But thanks to the US immigration we can't just come, run our business and pay as law abiding new citizens our taxes.USA-soooo interesting and still full of opportunities.

Why not letting work willing, correct people in?????

For the many visitors of my page from America first a warm welcome and if you're interested to start such a business go to www.benscarts.com for further information.Outstanding carts are also made by www.willidogs.com .
Wee would appreciate any suggestions about how to legally get such a business started for us in the U.S.:)

Our Plan B

Since we got forced once to leave our destination of choice through new visa regulations 4 years ago in Thailand we are working on a "plan B",just in case.
So where would be a nice place to go?

1.Nepal
The best place on earth for paragliding i've been so far.
2.Goa/India
Good infrastucture, nice landscape, good food quite expensive compared to neighbor provinces.Awesome cost soaring in the monsun free season.
3.Paraguay
Good real estate opportunities, very affordable living costs but unfortunately violent crime like home invasions, robberies, kidnappings on the rise.Just Google for "crime Paraguay".They have a very liberal gun law,so good opportunity for me to shot IPSC and IDPA matches.Good shooting skills would be probably necessary over there anyway.:)
4.USA
If we would find a way to immigrate to the States,we wouldn't hesitate. There is a way over a contract with an employer, but the work permit is only valid for this particular job.We don't see a way to just start our own business as we would like to.If it would be surprisingly possible we would likely move to Savannah/Georgia or in one of the two Dakota states.

German energy providers are on the buy list again

After eight month of continious falling quotes the two energy providers in the DAX turned their direction. These two as opposed cyclic considered stocks are getting often more interesting when the air gets thinner for the rest.
The cooperation is using his market leader position to squeeze out his costumers like a lemon and announced further price increases in the nearer future.Of course thats all good news for the stock quote.
I recommend the stocks of RWE for my readers, but would suggest to watch them for a while before you buy,it's likely that they retrace under 52,50€ before continueing their way up.
The stocks had been at 53,27€ last friday and have potential at least up to 68€.

Hungry?

This popular Cambodian meal is called Bancheau.
The Omelette is filled with beansprouds and porkmeat. They make them here a few meters of our house as well for 1500 Riel/~40 US cents per plate.

Four more EU Countries are planing to nationalise retirement savings

The allways honest "mainstream" medias accidently forgot to mention that after Hungary also Bulgaria,Poland,Ireland and France are planing to nationalise private retirement savings of their citizens,to fill gaps in the state's cash. The
citizens can't do anything about it.

Organic medicine

A new hobby of me since we're here is to learn as much as possible about health improving herbs, mainly of the traditional Chinese medicine. It's a very interesting field and a pleasure to learn about.
We tried Luo Han Guo,a natural Chinese medicine product to cure Michaela's constantly to low blood preasure and cold hands in the morning.
The pack contains a dozent portions of like boillion cubes looking content.
Luo Han Gao is famous for lifting the blood preasure, heatstroke and caugh treatment, disposing sore throat, lifting body temperature and increasing well-being.
Michaela tried half a portion on one cup of hot water and emediately got warmer hands and her blood preasure went up.She also likes the taste of the tea made of herbs, the dried fruit itself and palm shugar. The Luo Han Gou fruit itself contains in fresh condition ten times as much vitamin C as the same amount of oranges.
So as an evidence of performance you see by this example that Traditional Chinese Medicine really works.
Compared to a chemical counter part like Etelifrin Luo Han Guo is 100%nature,tastes nice(quite sweet),helps emmediately without medical side effects.

Hundreds of herbal products to be outlawed across EU in early 2011

The criminal energy of the world's power greedy government's and their conspiracy with the pharma mafia against the volk is really disgusting:

The global effort to outlaw herbs, vitamins and supplements is well under way, and in just four months, hundreds of herbal products will be criminalized in the UK and across the EU. It's all part of an EU directive passed in 2004 which erects "disproportionate" barriers against herbal remedies by requiring them to be "licensed" before they can be sold.

It's called the Traditional Herbal Medicinal Products Directive (THMPD), Directive 2004/24/EC.

The licensing requirements, however, were intentionally designed to make sure that virtually no herbs could ever meet them. It costs from $125,000 to $180,000 to license a single herb with the EU, and since herbs cannot be patented and don't have the monopolistic pricing found in pharmaceuticals, there's simply not enough profit margin in most herbs to justify such huge expenditures from any one company.
But that's sort of the point. Governments of the world have been conspiring with the pharmaceutical industry for decades to destroy the competition by outlawing nutritional supplements, herbal remedies and many other forms of natural medicine.
They really are coming for your natural medicine
Some people in the USA are still skeptical that this could ever happen in the "land of the free," yet it's happening in Europe right now, and the U.S. is probably not far behind. In just four months, health food stores in the UK will be stripped bare of these suddenly "illegal" herbs, and the many millions of people who have come to depend on them as a safe, natural and non-invasive form of medicine will be forced to pursue pharmaceuticals instead of herbs.
And that's also the point. By driving these products off the shelves, governments know they will simultaneously herd people into doctors' offices where they will be prescribed medications that benefit the wealthy corporations that keep politicians in office (in every western nation).
It may also drive people to acquire herbs from sources that have poor quality controls. As Dr Rob Verkerk of the Alliance For Natural Health said in an Independent article, "Thousands of people across Europe rely on herbal medicines to improve their quality of life. They don't take them because they are sick - they take them to keep healthy. If these medicines are taken off the market, people will try and find them elsewhere, such as from the internet, where there is a genuine risk they will get low quality products, that either don't work or are adulterated." (http://www.independent.co.uk/life-s...)

You must beg the King for permission
The MHRA (UK Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency) has received 166 applications for herbal product licensing and has granted 78 so far. Do you see how this works? Now you must be "granted" a license in order to exercise your Natural Law right to engage in the free commerce of Mother Nature's plants. Big Government has stolen from European citizens their natural rights and is now condemning many of them to suffering or even death as a result.
That's how governments always work in the end: They expand their power at the expense of your freedom. The centralize control over your life while maximizing the profits of the powerful corporations that keep them in business. You're watching it happen right now across Europe, and if we don't put a stop to this, it will soon happen in the United States as well. It's already under way, in fact, with the FDA's outlawing of scientifically-validated free speech about nutritional supplements. There's also a war under way on raw milk, and need I even mention the decades-long war being waged against medical marijuana?

Which herbs are under threat of being banned
Here are some of the hundreds of herbs that are about to be banned across Europe:

• Ashwagandha
• Cascara Sagrada
• Pau D'Arco
• Skullcap
• Horny Goat Weed

... and hundreds more, especially Traditional Chinese Medicine formulas.

Health freedom is worth defending, and as we're seeing right now, if we don't take a stand against this, we will all lose our access to natural remedies, vitamins, supplements and perhaps even naturopathic medicine.
There really is a global conspiracy to force you to take pharmaceuticals and surrender your body to conventional medicine. Governments around the world absolutely do not want you to have free choice about how to treat your own health....

Danny's dog story update

Since the mother of our little dog(Danny as a die hard Ben10 fan named him Ben)had been poisoned, the whole bunch have very limited survival chances.
So all six of the litter had been given as their last chance to another neighbor, who is firm with dogs. They are all in a critical shape right now.

Another Cambodian speciality

While our morning meeting "J" showed us another cambodian speciality.
This is made of different rice strains and fruits, who allready developed a slightly alcoholic vine, mixed together with fresh coconut. We bought two bags for 50ct. and really enjoyed the snack with a flavor we never tasted before.

Morning meeting

Here my both with one of Danny's schoolmates while a refresh break of playing. We did meet in a big empty parking lot right next to the Victory beach, where the kids can run around.
The father of Rian,Danny's schoolmate is a nice guy,who sucessfully imported cars from the US until the economy slowed down."J" speaks through many years in Boston and California very well english, spended much time in both worlds and preferes to live in Cambodia.

K&S stocks sold

The chart of the stocks makes me recommending to sell.I sold mine for 53,90 € today with allmost 8% gain in 11 trading days.
So this chapter is closed and they made it at least half the way of my prediction.Maybe they even go further, hard to say.

A elephant in town

Yesterday in the early evening when we went together for evening shoping,we suddenly saw a elefant with it's mahout on top right next to the main road.Danny was just flabbergasted and fascinated while standing only 3 meters next to this juge animal without a fence between. Many people from all sites stopped and watched.
Unfortunately we left the camera at home.:)

Danny's dog

It seems that we finally found a little dog for Daniel. One of or neighbor dog's got half a dotzend puppies.Danny can get the white one with black spots, once this cute 2 weeks old dog baby is old enough to get seperated from it's mum.A pic will follow soon.:)

The neighbors

The Cambodians are imho a very social volk, who are sitting at the weekends together infront of many houses and are just celebrating something. So after a few months in "our" road we hardly make it back to the house or away without getting asked to join.We really like that and appreciate their kindness. But the thing is,once they got you in their garden, they require you at least to drink three bottles of beer with them.To drink as an allmost non-alcoholic three bottles in a row in tropical heat is just something i try to avoid.:)
But today there was no way to reject the invitation of our opposite neighbor, the school director. So i was sitting with nine other men together at his sala and we had a nice time. With us was the owner of a restaurant at Hawaii beach(he's trying to sell),who did speak very good english and interpreted.
Also with us was the manager of the only bungalow set on the paradise island Koh Rong here infront of the coast.(Check Youtube videos of Koh Rong)
I managed to have to drink only two bottles and really enjoyed the time.:)

Invitation to the Army in Battambang

When i jumped on the motorbite to the way back home infront of the supermarket i came in contact with a Cambodian on the bike next to me.We started taking and i discovered that he is a soldier, working as bodyguard for a General.Yesterday was the marriage of Sihanouk Ville's Governor, that's why he went down here.We talked a while and changed the numbers.Back home after dinner the phone rang and i got invited for another dinner with him and colleges.
So after we met he (won't publish his name without his aggrement)suggested a Khmer restaurant.T%here we went and had a nice evening with 5 other close protection officers.
They was so nice, all of them and invited us to Battambang. We talked of course a lot about the work, good and a lot of bad memories came back.:)
Shooting training was one of my major hobbies while i worked selfemployed in the Investigation-and security service in Germany and Austria.
In Battambang i hopefully can try an AK 47 for the first time-of course i pay the ammo.:)Tried serveral other assault rifles while shooting IPSC (Parcour shooting)training every week in Austria with the local military.
Here a clip aboout the training of an IPSC stage, one mistake trough my slippery fingers which got the slide racking not right by the first time.
The objective of this stage:
After the strartsignal grab the gun,the magazin on the other side, load, chamber a round, shot 6 targets in 4 meter with double tabs, empty the gun, show the range officer and reholser.
The gun was my duty gun and favorite 9mm,a Browning Hi Power from 1969.
This sport really push your limits in the big stages.:)

The EU-a brainfart of burocrats in heavy sea

It's going faster and faster down south there,as we can read in non-mainstream news allmost every day.

One of the last not so funny things was that the hungarian government nationalized the retirement savings of their citizens for the purpose to pay the enormous liabilities of the country.Unbelivable-an EU state is confiscating public property!
I think as an Hungarian i would be pretty pissed off about that!

Ok,but thats by far not all:

Belgium is tratened to brake in bancruptcy appart without a government steering against it.The devided country is since april 2010 without a functioning government. The country among to the EU states with the highest liabilities.

Spain is maybe going to trow all paymnent belated leasers out on the road from next month on.Affected are also the onces with unpayed mortgages. That won't be only a few,so much is ovious.
Ok,in southern spain it's quite warm and they could sleep on the beach too,but this could intervene the tourism industry, where many politicians with "side income" are invested.(sarcasm off)

In Germany, where 19 % of the working people are in state's duty(all others are the not so lucky ones, who have to pay that)the even beside the head smart government introduced the following rip off's for 2011:

-An "Air traffic tax"

-Tax on tobacco up.

-The healt insurance fee is incrasing 0,6 % to 15.5% of the pretax income.

-Health insurances can add additional costs with unlimited amount to the patient's bill.

-Many social benefits get cancelled.

The same is valid for the majority of other EU states. The taxes get rised, benefits cancelled, more fees and so on.

In the jungle

Our afternoon Jungletrip

I took a day off the screen today and suggested the family a motorbike trip trough the National Park nearby.
Danny was allready under his helmet when i had finished the question.:)
So we started at 2pm,arrived at the park close to 3pm.
There we stoped for a picknick just in the middle of nowhere.
The Nationalpark is located near the airport. The never ending road through it should lead to to a nice beach at the coast. We didn't make it that far,but Danny insisted that he don't wan't to drive back, because he likes it so much there. His facial expression was quite funny when i asked him with a smile,if he really want to sleep in the jungle.:)
So we went back and arrived before the sundowner at home.
All in all a 100km. ride, done relaxed in 3 hours both ways.

Aloe Vera

We was searching around quite a while to get an Aloe Vera plant. We did not find a single one anywhere in Sihanouk Ville. So we ordered seeds via ebay. They are since today allready on their way to us.
I also went through the net for cloning technics for this particular plant.Very easy to clone,so we will give some free ones to neighbors as soon as this very usefull plant grows here at home.
The locals call it translated "Crocodile tail plant".
Little injuries like moskito bites,a scrach or a sunburn can be treaten with just cuting off a pice of the plant, cut away the skin and apply the gelly content straight on the wound. It emidiately chills the wound, decreases the pain and cleans it as well through antibacterial effects. The healing process itself escelerates, too.
One of the best natural "Bephanthen" you can grow in your garden in warm climate conditions.

Traditions

Today when we talked to a young Cambodian woman she complained about the lack of freedom for girls like her in the very conservative Cambodian society.
For instance if she would be seen close with another guy her reputation would be destroyed and she would reach the status of a "bad girl."
The good girls have to stay at home and wait for a wonder or a nice guy falling from the sky.She had allmost tears in her eyes when she said that.
She continued how unfair that is because nobody would blame him and so on.She with 18 years is not allowed to go out at night or date a guy.
Wow-of course thats hard.
She said she is looking foward to more western lifestyle coming in he country.:)

So much first hand about the domestic emancipation status.

Tea boosts immune system

On 21 April 2003 the Brigham and Women's Hospital released details of a research project which indicated that theanine may help the body's immune system response when fighting infection, by boosting the disease-fighting capacity of gamma delta T cells. The study included a four-week trial with 11 coffee drinkers and 10 tea drinkers, who consumed 600ml of coffee or black tea daily. Blood sample analysis found that the production of anti-bacterial proteins was up to five times higher in the tea-drinkers, an indicator of a stronger immune response.

Derivate financial instruments

For instance options, futures and stock purchase warrants are considered as Derivate Financial Instruments.
To explain more details about this topic to a novice would take to much, but only so much as introduction in the field:
So there are buy as well as a sell options on different commodities available. That means that you can trade both directions if you're clear about a continuing trend.
I learned about the trading of options on different underlayings like sugar, wheat, pork bellies and also currencies by a Hawaiian friend of me while we lived in Chumphon/Thailand.
The trading of currencies is a very interresting and lucrative field,if the trader is knowing what he's doing. That was at first unfortunatelly not the case with my hawaiian friend and he lost 70% of his trading capital within a couple of months.
For him as a quite wealthy guy it did't matter and he just grined about it.

I'm observing this market as well because it's in close context.

It's alarming how fast the prices for any commodities are heading north.Sugar gained from 17$ to 28$ in 2010,oat from 200 to allmost 300 just for instance.
If this trend continues ....

Free investment advice

Would it make sense to you to buy stocks of the biggest german manufacturer of Salt slightly before the real cold part of the winther is there?
In my humble opinion-yes.So i give you as my readers a deep insight in the thinking of a stock investor free of charge.:)
While daytrading i'm buying and selling sometimes serveral times a day the same stocks.
It's totally diffent with the intention to invest for a a longer period of time. You've to bring your common sence into your thoughts.I see the stocks of

K&S (WKN.716200 at any german stockmarket)

near the 60€ by the end of the year. This would be a gain of 20% in 4 weeks, because they are at 50€ now.But kkep an eye at the weather forecast.
I take no responsibilities in your decisions. It was just my intention to give you an idea how to find resonable investments at the right time.

Update:
Four hours after market opening the stocks went upwards and are 1,53% in the plus.Six hours after my recommendation. The Dax itself only 0.2%.
Update 2:
After the first week they are at 53.18 € right now,six % higher and are oviously going further.
Update 3:
In the second week they went up to 55,62€ at their highest, but investors collected their gainings and the Stock ended up at 53,12€ at the end of the week.
The strong support line at 53€ schould bear up and give the investors enough confidence for another try.If not,i would step out at 52,80€ and be happy about allmost 6% in 2 weeks anyway.

Toothpaste

They sell here as well as in the neighbor countries a salt containing toothpaste. We are using this stuff from Colgate since a few days and you can see an effect already. The tooth become more and more shiny white with every time you brush them.
I wonder why they don't sell this product in any western countries i have been.
This toothpaste would perhaps decrease the income of many dentists.:)

Healthy food

Caution:
To many mango's can lead to an addiction you will never get rid of again.:)

Doubts of a daytrader

The Irish estate-and economy crisis and it's effect to the stability of the € is very negative and very hard to predict in terms of the result. The EU will pump so much money in the country that for instance in Germany every citizen from the infant to the grandparents get burdened with 2400€.
Other canditates like Spain and Portugal are waiting allready in the queue. The healing effects of this very expensive enroachment isn't predicctable, what means that the Irish bonds did not gain from this very greatfull, but not voluntary by the public gift of european tax payers.
The US economy is recovering very slowly, the liabilities of the US are frighening. Some counties like California are treatened by bancruptcy. They can't effort to open the schools for 5 days a week anymore in some destricts and so on.

Even Thailand went in a recession,as i heard yesterday.

So a world economy double dip isn't somephing i would totaly exclude and i keep this danger in mind when making my decisions.

The markets,my humble opinion

The 3 stocks i recommended yesterday where pretty the only once's much who outperformed the decreasing market at this day.
Gainigs:
Volkswagen: 2,6%
Thyssen Krupp:0,35%
Lufthansa: 1,57&
Dax minus 0,31%

I would include BMW to this bunch and stay on allert to sell emidiatelly,if the market turns.

The Dow Jones remains quite dodgy, because the Momentun as well as the Cash flow is still pointing downwards while the quote slightly regained,a potential classic bulltrap. My favorite Dow stock these days:Hewlett Packard.

The Dax is aspected by me to see at least the 6900 again,if the Dow Future remanins in the neutral sector until the Wall Street opens at 3.30pm German time.
Addition:
At 8.00 o'clock german time the Dow Future opend 0.7 % in the minus and the other martekts followed this direction. So this trading day is up to now pretty much a waste of time.Yes,sometimes this job is very boring.:)

Fruits in Sihanouk Ville

This was 1,70 US$ at the market.
The fruits here are as everywhere in the tropics outstanding and incredibly cheap.
