Recommendation Thyssen Krupp

This convincing chart could be the beginning of a promising relationship between myself and this premium blue chip.:-)
The intraday chart:

"Sell in may and go away, but don't forget to remember to be back in September.":)

The normal Chinese success story right at the next bakery

The third branch of the bakery near our house opened just a few months ago.Their first branch isn't much more than some huge ovens under a roof while the new one is modern and complete new furnished at a very frequented spot of the town.:)Their cakes and baguettes are great as well as the pizza.:)
Many Chinese immigrants arrived with almost nothing and made it through endless diligence, energy, willpower and very strict frugality to the point where they was able to start their own business and became wealthy in a quite short period of time while the whole family is helping together to archive the best for all. That's just every time impressive to see again while living in Asia.:)

No worries to call a poor Chinese immigrant "Sir" while living here because you likely will do that in a few years anyway.:-)))

The average amount of guests remains about this number since a while, but the audience is still changing every day.:)

One year in Cambodia

At present day a year ago we did arrive in Sihanouk Ville.:)
It didn't take that long for us to get used to the city and the friendly society but for more picky guys would it be easy to discover some disadvantages.:)
We will stay here definitely for longer and are going to extent the lease contract for another year, but at the end of the next bullish market we'll take at least a trip to Australia, who knows?
Daniel did find friends as well and is playing pretty often with local kids next to the garment shop of my buddy J right next to "Happy Burger".
Why not take a look at J's small shop for fair priced high quality garment made in Thailand?:)

Paying with coins game for kids

Another interesting game for kids Danny did find by himself in the internet is about how to pay with coins, how to add up 10ct.,5ct. and 1 ct. coins to get the right amount for goods like ice cream or a donut.:)
Danny struggled at first because he started always with the 1ct. coins until he was told to begin with the big figure first and add up the 5ct. and 1ct.in this sequential order.:)
From that advice on it went easy for him and he is presenting the right combination in less than 5 sec.:)

Death by "Gun control"

Historical genocides & previous changes in the weapon law at that time

There is no better example how it usually ended in the history of mankind whenever a state started to take the guns of the law abiding citizens or not allowing them in the first place like my country.
Every genocide in history wouldn't had been possible without the privious systematic disarming by the regime of the coming victims.:(
Therefore is the gun law of a country for myself among the first parameter i am looking at when judging the stage of democracy of the particular country.A country where only officials are allowed to own guns while it's for all others prohibited will be never a system again where i will pay tax to,because i don't take part in financing undemocratic or potentially dangerous regimes!

A interesting Austrian stock

The in my humble opinion most interesting Austrian Blue Chip:Voestalpine AG
As you maybe guess i wouldn't buy these stocks right now,but there is always a day after tomorrow.:)
To recommend stocks while a bullish market or to predict that the market will drop further during the opposite isn't in fact that difficult, but to predict the turn-points separates the wheat from the chaff and saves money too.:)

Another story of life:
When i did meet a U.S. fond manager on the ferry to Koh Tao in Thailand in 2004 we talked about stocks and so on.He is making in average per year 20% gain while i had a awesome week of close to 8% in the DAX,trading Continental.:)The honest gentleman told me also about his salary of 500.000$ plus bonuses.

The "problem" of the Blue Chip fond manager in order to increase gain is that he've to spread the capital far wider as he would likely without this statute of his conservative employer and the law. Also daytrading is with a few billion not that easy.:)

Friends

While working as fitness trainer part time when i was 21 a member of the studio had in the age of thirty a well working company and lived in a stunning house in a rich part of Munich.Because he was just a nice guy with a good sense of humour i invited Henry for motorcycling with my friends as we did every weekend during the summers.

At his birthday party he had in that time at least a hundred guests, awesome party.:)
As life plays sometimes his business partner ripped him off, left him with nothing else as bills and trouble.Henry had to move out of his fantastic house in Solln to Neu-Perlach (Munich south-bronx) in a 40 square meter flat together with his pretty girlfriend.
Almost none of all the "friends" at the party gave a shit about Henry anymore,a guy who was always nice and generous to anybody while it was working well for him.

We did meet in that time like three times a week in the gym when he often mentioned about the current stage of the lawsuit against his business partner. He sold in the meantime his motorbike, his BMW 3 and so on.

After ages of waiting he did win at the end the trial over his dishonest business partner and had from one day to another enough capital for a second start. As the economy was in that time on the right path as well he made it back and is running since a successful company without any business partners.:)

Seen afterwards, the whole story was a lesson for life about "friends & business partners".

"Death Cross" for the DAX

As the news are following usually the charts it's now about time for the worst our mainstream-medias can come up,likely with something very bad like this for instance:

The Death Cross in detail:
It's by the way for mid-and long term investors more common to use the 200 day average line instead of the 100 as i did in the DAX chart above.

10 years Commerzbank

Makes a investors mind thinking:
This isn't a recommendation (quite risky) but since the going short got for financial related stocks in Germany prohibited could they maybe see the sun soon.
Aside this fact is for Commerzbank right now no serious sign for a middle term recovery, but on the other hand-The early bird catches the worm:-)

Where to buy used paragliding gear?

Germany is the country with the highest number of paragliding pilots in the world right before Japan. So why not just check the largest online-market for wings&gear-The page of the DHV.:)
Pilots of all over the world are buying used wings etc. via this webside.:)
Many wings are because of the mixed weather conditions almost new and the loss on value of a new wing is like 40% in the first year, after in average 20-30 flights.:)
I had more than 600 h. on my first one (UP Makalu) and even sold that thing at the end for 400€.:)

The truth about the US national liabilities

President Obama said that the USA will remain a AAA country 4ever.:-)The problems can be solved....

That's just polemic when keeping the "Implicated Liabilities" of 200 trillion in mind.Implicated depts involve promised payments like pensions, healthcare and social benefits. The national depts of the US are in this context more than 1300% of the anual GDP.How you want to solve that soon Mr.President?
You also intent to keep the economy growth up by higher payments to the unemployed.I can tell you for surtain that subsiding growth is definitely not the solution for the problem, because problems can't be solved by the same mistakes who created them.

My proposals:
Lower military costs-End the pointless wars.

Same payment for officials as for regular workers and not more.

Hard penalties against power abusing "Volk Representatives" and corrupt officials.

Tax the rich as well, they can afford it.

Bring back the industry to America.

Tax the cooperations who are in production of high creation of value goods like Apple, who have allmost as much money in the bank as the explicated depts of the US.

Throw the "Wall Street Representatives" out of the Government included yourself!

I honestly hope for the friendly and good citizens of the U.S. that the time will come for a representative, who will govern America in the spirit of the Constitution, which was founded by some of the smartest Gentlemen America ever had.The solution for the U.S. is written in the constitution as well as in the wealth of the Philosophy of the country.

A paragliding buddy dedicated his life to flying

First time i did meet Brad Sanders in Thailand while we did fly together for a few days at Kao Den.
Brad was flying since a year in that time. Now,seven years later he became a sponsored pilot of my personal brand of wings-Ozone.Brad is now also flying an Addict, the wing i loved so much during i guess 300 hangtime hours in Austria.:)
He is also a professional tandem pilot (Ozone Magnum) and it seems he is living since years well of this job.He worked also for quite a while during the season as a fire fighter in Alaska.Brad served as troup leader of the guys who jump out of a plane straight in the fire area.:)
Brad Sanders is travelling the world with the wing,no second wasted while living such a life.
Good luck,Brad.:)

Stockmarket-Will they blow afuse today?

First premarket quotes of the world markets are scary for still invested optimists and my sense of humor in the context to economy is decreasing in sight to the difficulties for so many individuals ahead.

This day can become a nightmare for the financial markets.I doubt that after this week investors are more optimistic for the following-A mix which could lead to a Friday crash as we've seen quite a few in the past.

Personally i define "Crash" to a stage where the market supervision is considering to pull the plug.Where such an amount of sell orders are coming in that the system isn't capable anymore to proceed all incoming sell orders in the correct manner.
The recent sell off is still not panic, that means in my opinion we aren't though yet.

Danny's time table for today

Danny started this morning with typing sentences on the notebook,he asked for that.
After he readed two clauses on the notebook we did drive a bit around.while our morning excursion he asked about broken glas, apparently carglass.
That made the following science course for later about all different kinds of glas:

Bundesverband Glasindustrie

A screenshot of Danny's computerwork this morning:

As addtion:
South Korea is about to replace books and booklets at all by notebooks at school.I don't bring to mind where i did read this a short time ago,but it seems to me to be very progressive and effective.
Of course he's also lerning handwriting on a daily basis. No afford for him at all as Danny is a dedicated painter and little artist anyway.:)

Daniel did read this two clauses about Don Quichote in less than twenty minutes:

Google Chrome 13 Portable-Another Google Spy Browser!

Just downloaded and tested the new browser from Google. The cooperation is known for tracking the user and collecting datas about surf behaviour and who knows what else.I keep that into consideration while using the Opera 11.50 Portable instead.:)

CFD Trading

As promised some more info's about CFD (Contract for Difference) trading.

Facts about CFD's:

The trader isn't speculating against another trader like with warrants for example.

A CFD isn't a Financial Future nor comparable to a Option.A CFD haven't a date of expire eighter. It's a short time financial instrument and mainly used for daytrading with a huge choice of underlayings like currencies, stocks, indices etc.

A CFD have no subscibtion right on the underlaying as Futures or Options.

CFD's aren't stockmarket listed and get traded only OTC (Over the Counter). The price fixing is done by the broker himself at his own market place.

The CFD holder is positive and negativ participating on dividends of the underlaying. The "Short" invested trader will get the payed off dividend substracted, bad surprises can be happen by a lack of prepareration.:)

CFD trading is nothing as pure speculation on differences within a short time frame.

It's common to sell CFD's even without having them in the depot in the first place, the way to go short-that means the trader is aspecting falling quotes of the underlaying and buys the CFD's back as soon as she/he intents in fact to sell. The difference after the buy to the privious sell quote is the loss or gain of the trader on the short side. It's a bet on the contract difference (CFD-Contract for difference).

Of course is a reliable broker with fast and high order flow as well as realtime quotes precondition for CFD trading.

It's a financial field with high gain but also loss opportunities. The trader need to be 100% aware of sucessfull risk management and every tiny little detail about what she/he is doing. The leverage factor works both ways and shouldn't be underestimated.

I could write much more about derivative financial instruments, but this should be just a introduction in the interesting topic-CFD trading.:)

P.s.:
Check out the webside of Mr. Anthony Cloe,a proffesional CFD expert who did leave a comment to this posting:
