Our Condolences to the Samudera family.

The son-in-law of the Samudera family died yesterday in a car crash between the Capital and Sihanouk Ville.Frequent costumers of the supermarket will remember the polite,helpful Gentleman with glasses,who did speak fluent German because of his eight year study of forest management in Dresden.
We often talked in front of the supermarket,the last time a couple of weeks ago after we greeted with a handshake and a "Guten Morgen".
Right before Michaela arrived back from a visit at our landlord and told Danny and me the very sad news.

Our deepest condolences to the Samudera family,we are still shocked about this happening.:(

Neighborhood help

While we was sitting all together at the computer around 3 pm. it made bang.We jumped to the door and discovered that the car of our neighbor lady did hit the gate.The handbrake went lose and the Toyota Camry went backwards,smashed the gate out of it's guidance.
Within two hours half a dozen men of the neighborhood helped her and lifted the heavy thing back in place.:)

Seems we're facing onother bumpy ride this week.My morning analysis of the Dow Jones just showed sell signs,so far in all Indicators and Oszillators.
Who is wondering about that ahead of one of the most controversy decisions of the US in recent economy history-The dept limit increase.The news about a agreement in the national dept question are still from bad to worse.
Today's scedule is full of earning news,therefore big waves can be aspected.

The Italians in Sihanouk Ville

When we went to the noodlesoup kitchen this morning we was sitting with 2 Italian expats and had good time.:)
Tino,one of the both who lived for many years in Arizona,New Mexico and Utah is allways swarming of America and had so much to tell about his trips to the Monument Valley etc.,made me feel packing the bags again.:)
Tino also mentioned problems with his Netbook,what made me spontiniously offering my help.We invited him to our home to maintain his computer.
After he arrived i cleaned his registry,temporary folders,deinstalled useless software and fixed his startup menue.He also got additional advice for reorganiozation with multiple partitions and some software.At the beginning he mentioned also that he's afraid his machine is likely virus infected.I downloaded the most recent version of Mc.Affee Stinger and scanned his computer,checked with RegCleaner his whole HDD-no virus at all,everthing in order.
The whole service took a couple of hours and now the Netbook is fit again and is launching far faster.:)

The secret of perfection

How some guys are becoming so professional and flawless in their doing,while others even can't make a knut,who is holding up for longer?
The key is dedication.To dedicate oneself to 100% to whatever she/he is doing makes the difference.Also the never decreasing intention to make it even better by learning as much as possible about the particular demand.Patience and persistence are ensuring the high quality level over a longer period of time.
Of course even little mistakes are getting far less when doing everthing with dedication.The Japanese perfectionated that to the limits even while just serving tea as a good example.
In my opinion just dedication,patience and persistence of a clear mind makes the difference in the quality of whatever we're doing.

The movie "Forrest Gump" displays this fact in a very entertaining manner.Even this as retarded considered guy with a IQ of 76 or something like that Tom Hanks played so great archived in his life so many objectives he aimed for just by his personal 100% dedication to whatever he took in his hands.Watching him how he cleaned the floor with the toothbrush for instance-like if his life would depend on it.:)
That made this dump Forrest at the end so much better as so many more priviledged others who aren't in the know of that.

Notebook Touchpad-Extended Options

It's for example possible to devide the Touchpad (It needs to be from Synapsis) into different sectors.I adjusted our one the following:
When i'm clicking with the fingertip in the low left corner of the touchpad i'm closing all windows.
By clicking in the low right corner the start menue opens.
A click in the upper left corner is moving one page back in the browser.
A click in the upper right corner is moving one page foward.
A click in the middle is doing the usual left click.
All this clicks can be undone again by just repeating it once,if the user accidently did hit the wrong corner.

This additional capabilities needs to be activated and adjusted to personal preferances by double click on the touchpad icon in the taskbar-Device Settings-Settings-Clicking-Click Sectors-There you can activate the additional functions and set up the different sectors to your requirements.

Some readers are maybe also not aware that they can use the "1 1/2 click" to mark webside or desktop areas by performing a double click with leaving the finger down on the touchpad after the second tip.Then just hold the finger down and move the frame over everthing you intent to mark,for moving the marked content is another "1 1/2 click" necessary followed by moving the marked content by Drag & Drop as usual.:)

In the best case scenario the index is leaving this dangerous stage upwards,supported by a good economy forecast and further increasing growth.

The current stage of the DAX is imo like right between two chairs and it wont take long to find out what comes next.As mentioned i hope for the big crash.:)

Our 14st. wedding anniversary

At this day 14 years ago we married in the Gustav Adolf Church in Munich/Bavaria and went two days later for our honeymoon to Koh Samui.We married at Michaelas birthday(This way i've to remember one important date less per year:).At this honeymoon the decision was made to move to Thailand for longer what we did a year later and stayed 18 months in Koh Phangan and Chiang Mai before we returned to Munich with the pockets full of money i made in the Dot.com boom in our rented villa in Chiang Mai.We stayed for another four years before we left Germany as parents for good seven years ago while i lost a lot of the gain in the meantime because i just sold far to late in the age of 26.There i learned that the first loss is still the best one through experience.:)

Since this time we lived in three different countries:Thailand(Two years),Austria(Four and a half years) and now Cambodia.

Seems Michaela didn't marry the most boring guy.:-)

At the evening our landlord family surprised us with a nice birthday cake,made by the bakery right at the corner to the main road.Mr.Son Put,wife and youngest doughter was watching the stockmarket for a while and Mr.Son Put mentioned that the Cambodian stockmarket opend yesterday.Particular the stock of the Sihanouk Ville port is considered very interesting by him.

Move with family to Cambodia?

When i was shopping at Samudera right before some foreign kids runned around,haven' seen so many in once before there.If you are considering a change in your life as well for your family we can convince you to come over and give it a try.:)
What is to keep in mind are the living costs of for us around 600-800$ per month.To make this money in Sihanouk Ville could be not as easy as you maybe aspect because there are half of the year not that many tourists around and it seems to be easier to make a living in the capital through more opportunities.

To live here is very relaxed and a enrichment for kids.Daniel is loving it in Cambodia and growed on the new circumstances of living he had to master so far.

The Cambodians are very nice to foreign kids in general,no exeptions discovered up to now.It's a tollerant and smiling society to your kids who are often seeking contact and enjoy talking to westerners.Daniel is often quite shy when he get's asked questions by English speaking locals,but replys correctly right after we convinced him to respond.:)

Meine eigene Meinung:
Der Grossverdiener freundlichste Wirtschaftsaufschwung seit mindestens einer Generation ist nun als Quintessenz dieses Artikels durch die Gier der "Besitzklasse" selbst bedroht.Diese haben in den letzten zehn Jahren leider vergessen diejenigen,den sie den Erfolg zu verdanken haben angemessen am Gewinn zu beteiligen.Dadurch und natuerlich die horrenden Steuern,die selbst in dieser Groesse fuer eine voellig abgehobene,inkompetente,inkonsequente und mit dem Scheckbuch rumlaufende politische Klasse nicht ausreichend sind haben die Buerger zu wenig Geld in der Tasche um ueber die Binnenkonjunktur den Aufschwung weiter fortzusetzen.

So kann man die als "Schluessel zum langfristigen wirtschaftlichen Erfolg" zu betrachtende Binnenkonjunktur nicht anschubsen-mit blankem Egoismus ein paar weniger und fuer all die anderen zum BIP beitragenden Buerger Gehaelter wie vor einem Jahrzehnt!

Richtig bloede wirds aber erst wenn die vielen mal kollektiv begreifen,das sie von viel wenigeren komplett ver... werden,dann kanns normalerweise ungemuetlich werden.
In Deutschland ist sowas weniger zu befuerchten,da sich die Deutschen kollektiv nie mit der Obrigkeit anlegen,mal sehn wie das wird wenn beim Fernsehen oefters der Magen knurrt.:-(

Sollte die Weltwirtschaft ein weiteres mal abgleiten koennte sie dort im schlimmsten Fall eine ganze Weile bleiben und ich koennte erst in 12-24 Monaten wieder (dann aber sehr erfolgversprechend) laenger in Aktien investieren.Auf dieses Szenario stellte ich mich mittelfristig ein und werde bewaehrte Techniken anwenden muessen,um im bearish market $$$ zu verdienen.

After yesterday it seems that all aspectations need to be reconsidered.Like you can read in my previous postings about my trust in a approaching recovery of the US economy i stayed in doubt even while the quotes recovered and a few good news came out.
I guess we are now about to look at red trading sreens for next week.I don't recomment anything for at least this time periot and spend in the meantime more attention to alarming economy news like about the US jobmarket:
